This is a brand-new complete Mustang II front end suspension that fits Universal 56? Track Width. This kit is a complete Hub to Hub and includes the highest quality components for a complete installation. The crossmember is designed to weld onto vehicle that fits Universal 56 Inch Track Width with a frame width of UP TO 30 Inches.

Our 56 Inch Crossmember will fit UP TO a 30" wide frame. If the frame is wider, it may need to be C-Notched for the springs as specified in our instructions.

Mustang II Hub to Hub IFS Kit Universal Crossmember Fits 56? Track Width

Length of ownership: more than 1 year

Pros: I installed this suspension on my 1938 Ford in 2008 and have since put over 35000 miles on it. Love it! I've had "zero" problems since I installed it. Ride and handling are outstanding. I was also amazed at the quality of the parts. The brakes work so well that sometimes I worry that the car behind may not be able to stop.

Cons: Could not use the springs or shock absorbers that came with the kit. The springs were too tall even after cutting coils and the shocks were too short. Had to outsource and find parts that fit on my own. Instructions were almost useless. Hopefully these issues have been corrected by Southern Rods.
